Visa Application

Detailed information for a visa for Germany is available here.

You will receive your Visa Letter via your user account in ConfTool.
Please use the “Visa Letter” button below to register or log in to your ConfTool user account.
Please make sure that you have selected [Yes] for “Visa Letter Request” in your user details.

We recommend that you enter the following data in your user details:

• Your Last Name and First Name as it appears on your passport and
• Your University/Organization with mailing/postal address and
• Your Date of Birth and
• Your Place of Birth and
• Your Date of Arrival and
• Your Date of Departure and
• Your Accomodation Address and
• Your Passport Number, Issue Place, Issue Date

As soon as you have logged in and completed your user details, you can download your Visa Letter as a pdf-file by clicking on “Visa Letter” under “Overview”.
